hardworking students.

Who think that reading

day and night may

increase their chances

of success.

Late night use of phone

or laptop also decreases

appetite for sleep. So it

is essential to stop

late night use of such

gadgets. Regular


exercise enables better

sleep and lack of physical

exercise reduces appetite

for sleep. Doctors suggest

 that seven hours of sleep

is as essential as a night

to a day. Night has no

existence without day.

Similarly day of a

human being has no

relevance without a proper

and quality sleep in the night.
